Just wanted to let you know that the voucher arrived in my mailbox the very next day - it's beautifully presented and I will be able to send it on to my daughter without having to do anything extra to it.
The accompanying letter asked for feedback, so please pass on that I am very pleased and will certainly use your service again, and recommend it to my friends.
