The Waiheke Island Vineyard Tour gives you an opportunity to taste the essence of Waiheke Island.
Visit three of Islands award winning wineries. These wineries are an integral part of the islands’ established wine producing market.
From the 35-minute cruise you’ll join your tour guide for a short scenic highlights tour of the island enroute to the first vineyard where, in addition to your tour and tasting, you will also be provided with a light lunch. This can be enjoyed amongst the wonderful vineyard setting.
You will receive tastings and a guided tour through the vines or wineries and enjoy stunning Waiheke vistas from all three vineyards. An additional stop over at Rangihoua Estate introduces you to the splendour of Waiheke’s olive growing industry.
On conclusion of the tour, take advantage of the complimentary additional All Day Bus Pass. This allows you to either return to a destination on the tour or discover the island further on Waiheke Island scheduled bus services.
Departure Times
Vessel departs Auckland on days of travel at 11am (confirm this when booking).
Tour bus and guide meets passengers at Matiatia wharf. Tour returns to the wharf to allow passengers to depart on the 4pm sailing back to Auckland. Passengers may stay on the island and return at their leisure.

December - February - Operates daily except Christmas Day 25 December. November and March - Operates Wednesday to Sunday
April to October - Operates Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays except Anzac Day (25 April) and Easter Friday
Gift Restrictions
Unfortunately there are no facilities for wheel-chairs on the
boats. In extreme weather conditions, sailings may be cancelled.
You must be 18 years or over to participate in wine tastings.
