Mission 102: Basic Flight Training - 40 mins - Whakatane

Flying lesson gift suitable for all ages

Your experience will start with a 40 minute briefing to the aircraft. After your briefing you’ll hit the skies and fly with an experienced instructor who will share his passion of flying with you. Just imagine, traversing the skies, skimming the trees and seeing everything from up high. Get the adrenalin boost felt only on takeoff and landing, not to mention the coasting sensation as you skim on air, and afterwards being able to say "I flew a plane today"!

Like the military basic training, here we cover the basic phases of flight: climbing, straight and level, and turning and descending. It keeps in line with the “have a go” focus of our lessons by being simple and brief, and teaches you enough to have some fun.

All flights are flown in our modern aircraft with a very experienced instructor.
