Holden Advanced Driver Training Course - Stage 1 - 1 person

The course includes practical in car demonstrations of all exercises by qualified professional instructors, and assorted one on one in-car instruction and tuition in your own vehicle throughout the day.

The courses are specifically designed to train all vehicle drivers irrespective of what type or brand of vehicle they actually drive. All course attendees are continually learning and practically experiencing advanced techniques whilst utilising their own normal drive vehicles.

The course is run by expertly trained professional New Zealand advanced driving instructors to fully explain and practically demonstrate the correct techniques. Our Holden advanced driving instructors are repeatedly inside your vehicle at various stages throughout the day for true one on one instruction with you receiving hours of progressive development and practical driving application of the best in proven advanced driving techniques

- Tyres and vehicle condition
- Vehicle manouvering skills development
- Vehicle dynamics and handling characteristics
- Basic car control
- Advanced ABS braking techniques
- Conventional braking techniques
- Practical accident avoidance/collision prevention techniques
- Defensive and safe driving techniques

Course Duration:
- One Full Day Training (8.45 am to 4.30 pm)
- Theory session approx 25% usable practical theory
- Practical Sessions approx 75% hands-on practical, learn by doing Location
Available at Pukekohe Park Raceway in Auckland, Manfeild in Manawatu, Ruapuna in Christchurch, Teretonga in Invercargill on pre-programmed dates. Occasionally available Taupo Race Track by arrangement.
