A full body massage which is firm yet relaxing, working on alleviating muscular tension and stress and at the same time inducing a complete state of calm relaxation. Specialised massage techniques including lymphatic drainage, accupressure points, holistic pulsing and Swedish massage are all included in the massage.

The massage is provided in your own home, the therapist will bring a massage table and all the equipment needed. Massages are available in Central and West Auckland
