Commencing with light body brushing on the legs and back to stimulate circulation, the skin is prepared for the application of the massage oil chosen for your therapy. The choice of oil determines whether you leave feeling revitalised, de-stressed, or calmed and soothed from pain.

Specific massage techniques may include Shiatsu and reflexology to help relieve tension, knotted muscles or for pure relaxation.
