Join our friendly, professional Flight and Cabin crew on a 25-30 minute scenic flight over Auckland in a Classic DC-3.
Seen regularly over Auckland, she takes up to 30 passengers in comfortable airline seats. Look down on Auckland’s volcanoes, Harbour Bridge, City Centre, the Sky-Tower, and Islands of the Hauraki Gulf. With that Pratt and Whitney engine sound, and 1940’s music in the cabin – you’ll experience ‘how flying used to be’.
The flights operate most Sundays for Scenic flights, (depending on demand). Check in for the first flight is between 10:15 and 10:30 with a departure time of 11am. Check with the DC-3 office for your details. The DC-3 may be away ay air-shows or on charter – so please ensure that you do book your seat with us first.
The experience includes Tea/Coffee/Juice before the flight and a 'chat' with the Captain and crew 20 minutes before boarding. There will be time for photos after the flight.
