How the Gifts To Remember System Works
To make your selection, browse our range by occasion or tye of goft experience. You can see more detail for each gift by clicking on the image or name of the gift. The gift experiences we sell are provided by a large range of suppliers throughout New Zealand. We have worked with many of these suppliers since we started the business in 1997 so we have confidence in their ability to provide a high quality service to our clients.
When you are ready to purchase, click on the add to cart button alongside the gift. This will add the gift to the shopping cart. If you want to purchase more gifts click on the continue shopping button. Once you have selected all your gifts click on the checkout button (RH side at the top). This will take you into a secure server. this means that any details you enter will be encrypted before they are sent so that no-one else can read them.
During the checkout process you will be asked to supply the recipient name for each voucher and the recipients address if you want the gift sent direct, plus any message you would like included. You will also be asked for payment details, which is most commonly a credit card or debit card, but we do accept payments by direct credit. Once you have completed the checkout you will receive a screen showing all your order details for confirmation prior to payment.
Processing your order
When we receive the order, we will email you an acknowledgement and answer any questions you may have had. We then create an attractively packaged gift voucher to send either back to you or to the gift recipient direct. The voucher will be accompanied by a fully detailed information sheet that explains what the gift is and supplier details so that the recipient can call the supplier direct and make a booking at a time to suit. This will be sent out with your message on a gift tag if required.
All orders are fulfilled on the day received and posted that day unless you request something different. Please note that we are closed on weekend (NZ time) and on public holidays in NZ, so if you need a gift in a hurry, please take this into account.
If you have run out of time we can provide an electronic version of the gift you have purchased, but we still send a hard copy of the gift voucher to the recipient so they will have the voucher to present to the supplier when they want to redeem their gift.
Please note that we do not exchange gift vouchers for cash.
