How the Gifts To Remember System Works

The Gifts

Gifts to Remember has put together a huge range of gifts throughout New Zealand that are available for you to purchase whether you live in New Zealand or anywhere in the world.  Our gift vouchers can be emailed, posted or couriered and are presented as a stylish voucher and information sheet that explains to the gift recipient what the gift is and how to book in.  To make your selection, browse our range by occasion or type of gift experience.  You can see more detail for each gift by clicking on the image or name of the gift.  The gift experiences we sell are provided by a large range of suppliers throughout New Zealand.  We have worked with many of these suppliers since we started the business in 1997 so we have confidence in their ability to provide a high quality service to our clients.
If you order and E-voucher, this is sent automatically from the system as soon as payment has been made.  So no matter what day of the week or time of day – your e-voucher will be sent as soon as payment is complete.

Validity

Vouchers are open-dated and valid for 12 months.

Purchasing/Checkout

When you are ready to purchase, click on the add to basket button alongside the gift.  This will add the gift to the shopping cart.  If you want to purchase more gifts click on the continue shopping button. Once you have selected all your gifts click on the checkout button.  This will take you into a secure server.  This means that any details you enter will be encrypted before they are sent so that no-one else can read them.

During the checkout process you will be asked to supply the recipient name for each voucher and the recipients address if you want the gift sent direct, plus any message you would like included.  You will also be asked for payment details, which is most commonly a credit card or debit card, but we do accept payments by direct credit.  Once you have completed the checkout you will receive a screen showing all your order details for confirmation prior to payment.

Processing your order

Once the system receives your order, you will automatically receive a confirmation email of your order.  If you ordered an e-voucher to be sent to either yourself or the recipient, this will be sent along with an information sheet instantaneously as soon as payment is received.  e-vouchers are available 24/7 -7 days a week.

For a ‘packaged’ voucher, this will be processed on the next working day and will be will be dispatched that day unless you request for it to be sent on a specific date.   Please note that we are closed on weekends (NZ time) and on public holidays in NZ.  In all cases, the voucher will be accompanied by a fully detailed information sheet that explains what the gift is as well as the supplier’s details so that the recipient can call the supplier direct and make a booking at a time to suit.  If you request a packaged gift voucher, we will hand write your personal message on a gift card and send this with the voucher.

Exchange policy

We will exchange any voucher for an alternative selection, no questions asked.  This means if you purchase a parachute jump but the gift recipient would rather drive a race car they can swap it. All they need to do is go to our website, select the experience they would like and enter their voucher number as payment.
If they have any difficulties all they need to do is contact us by phone or email and supply the original voucher number, details of their replacement selection and delivery address and we will process it for them.
Please note that we do not exchange gift vouchers for cash and as per our ‘Terms & Conditions’ no refunds will be given. However you will be sent a Credit Coupon to use on your next purchase.
