Friday Afternoon Yacht Racing Experience  Auckland –  Steinlager 2 or Lion New Zealand  -1 Person  (Selected Friday Nights) Experience the thrill of racing on these powerful ex Whitbread Round the World race boats.  This is a hands on experience for one person  and no experience is required, just a sense of adventure. Come for a fun race around the inner harbour as part of the Royal NZ Yacht Squadron Rum Race. This is a short and sharp race to help you unwind from a busy week at work. The boat departs from Auckland Viaduct and returns to the Auckland Viaduct, so you could support and enjoy local hospitality. This is a 2-3 hour charter. Meeting at the Viaduct at 2:30pm, we will depart at 3pm and the race starts at 4.30pm. We will be moored up and disembarking at approximately 6.00pm. The hands-on nature of sailing Steinlager 2 and Lion New Zealand are perfect platforms for  encouraging teamwork, trust, resilience and courage. Auckland Yacht Racing are scheduled mostly in warmer months (November to March)
