Explore a curated selection of North Canterbury’s finest wineries, such as Waipara Springs, Torlesse, Pegasus Bay, or Georges Road. Each offers a unique atmosphere and exceptional hospitality. Sample at least 15 wines across a range of grape styles including Pinot Noir, Riesling, Chardonnay, and Sauvignon Blanc. Learn about local winemaking techniques and terroir from passionate cellar hosts.   Enjoy a delicious regional platter featuring New Zealand flavors, served in a tranquil garden setting. Perfect for pairing with your first tasting of the day. Soak in the peaceful ambiance of Waipara Valley’s vineyard landscapes, with time to stroll, sip, and savor the experience at a leisurely pace. (Should any of the above named wineries be unavailable on the day, an alternative winery in the Waipara area will be included) Tours depart midday.
